Mini Blueberry Pies

Mini Blueberry Pies

Featured at

Learn how to make your own super easy
pie crust  HERE.  The recipe states to
stir up the mixture right in the pie pan,
but since I was making mini pies,
I whipped it up with a fork in a bowl.
Spoon crust mixture in equal amounts into each cup
and spread out. For the blueberry mixture,
I used one can of blueberry pie filling
with about 1 cup of frozen blueberries.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool completely
before trying to take them out of the pan,
else they will crumble.
After cooling, take a fork and gently
scoop one into a bowl and serve with
vanilla ice cream or cool whip.

Enjoy!

  2. I would love these! Mama used to make a blueberry congealed salad with the pie filling and it was so good.
