Christmas in the Man Cave

Christmas in the Man Cave
Yes, I am "allowed" to put up a tree in the "man cave"...

And a few fishing and hunting Santas...

Yep, that's a camo hanky beside Santa...
and a Pirate Cup from The Pirate's House
in Savannah, GA.  If you get the chance to go,
do take the "ghost" tour into the cellar, and
use your cameras to catch "proof"
of them, the mysterious orbs in the photos.
Soccer Santa
Football Santa

These sports Santa ornaments were
bought for our kids when they in school.
In front of Uga is an acorn ornament
I made a couple of weeks ago.
If you haven't already noticed,
This is Georgia Bull "Dawg" Country.
Just under the star is Uga with his
fishing tackle of a Ga Tech Yellow Jacket,
Auburn Tiger, and a Florida Gator ;-)
(please, don't send me Football Hate email...
it's Christmas!)
Love this ornament - need I say more?
Handy Man Santa
The Christmas Mouse is dated 1971.

My husband tried his hand at Hand Carving a
small block of wood long ago, and did pretty good!
He made the deer for our son to play with,
and after he was too old for such,
I started using it as
a Christmas tree ornament.

Happy Saturday, Y'all!

  1. Those fishing santas seem like they would be perfect for a man cave!!! Thanks so much for stopping by, have a wonderful holiday, Laura

  2. We don't have a man cave here - - - we have a football cave and it is MINE!

  3. How original! What an awesome man cave! 'Love the fishing and hunting Santas :)

  4. I'm sure this has been fun collecting all these wonderful treasures through the years! How creative and unique it is!

  5. Your ornaments are so much fun. Looks like you had a great time decorating the man cave:-) Love the acorn ornament you created.

    1. Thank you Betsy. Having a bowl of acorns, a styrofoam ball, a glue gun and a movie playing is sheer bliss for me ;-)

  6. Excellent an themed decorations! Thanks for linking up :)

  8. The tree is so cute -- is it okay to say "cute" about anything in a Man Cave? I do not touch, add, remove or re-arrange anything in The Man's Man Cave -- I steer clear and he steers clear of my sewing-craft room!

Hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

    1. LOL! This is the only time I do anything in Man Cave - oh, except of course vacuum and dust - I guess he figures that makes it an even exchange ;-)

  9. haha! I love how you have it decorated!

Merry Christmas, JoAnn, from our family to yours!

    1. LOL! thanks Tammy, it's fun to find those whimsical characters. Merry Christmas to you and your family and well. It's raining here in SE GA and actually cool enough for a fire in the Man Cave den ;-)
